In no way should TwitterHawk be used as a SPAM tool. Any such accounts found to be using the tool for SPAM will be removed and reported to Twitter depending on the severity.
TwitterHawk related auto replies
In no way should any auto replies be setup referring to TwitterHawk in any way unless given prior consent from TwitterHawk.
Right of removal
TwitterHawk holds the right to remove any account with or without notice, at any time. Should any account be removed, no credits / fees will be refundable.
Price change
TwitterHawk holds the right to change the cost of credits with or without notice, at any time.
